Musa Kitchen Hub is a Stockholm-based flagship store that offers high quality kitchens crafted with premium materials, normally reserved to the most high-end kitchens in the market. As part of Broadview Materials, a globally leading group manufacturing these materials, we make them affordable again.
At Musa Kitchen Hub, we bring together the signature elegance and performance of Broadview materials – including FENIX®, Arpa®, Homapal®, and Getacore®– with cost-efficient cabinet frames. This unique combination allows us to create kitchen models that cater to diverse styles and design preferences. By making advanced technology, sustainability, and tactile beauty more accessible, we transform the kitchen into a space where design meets everyday life.
About the role
We are aiming to expand our Stockholm team with an experienced and ambitious designer that understands the art of selling and is comfortable with business processes, enjoys working in a highly international setting and can ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
As part of our small team, you will:
- Actively engage in design and sales to both individual customers and businesses, building long-term relationships.
- Be a key player in the development of the brand, from concept to finished product.
- Explore and communicate our focus on material quality and craftsmanship to customers and partners.
- Contribute to establishing workflows and routines for the new brand.
- Act as an ambassador for our brand, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience
We believe you have:
- Experience in sales, preferably within kitchens, design, or interior decoration
- An interest in materials and design, with an understanding of their importance to the customer experience
- Experience or a strong willingness to work in a flexible and evolving environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to take initiative and drive projects forward, even in the absence of clear guidelines
- Fluent in Swedish
